ORDERING

What credit cards do you accept?
Orders can be placed by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Do you have a size chart?
We have a ring size chart which can be downloaded on our website.

How do gift certificates work?
Gift Certificates can be redeemed on line or on our web site. To order a gift certificate click here.

How can I check the status of my order?

How can I change my order?

You can send request for changes to info@jinbidesign.com. Changes can only be made if your request is answered before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made.

Can I customize my order?
Most items can be personalized and customized. To make a request, please contact customer service at info@jinbidesign.com

What if I encounter errors during checkout?
Please contact customer service at info@jinbidesign.com and provide detailed information regarding what led to your error. 

What is your privacy policy and security policy?
Personal information provided on the Web Site and online credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL), encryption technology. For further information, please see our policies here.

 

SHIPPING

How long does it take for an item to ship?
JINBI DESIGN products are hand-made creations. Therefore, there might be a production delay of 1 to 2 weeks after your order is placed. Each product description includes the items availability and approximate shipping times.

How can I track my package?
You will be provided with a tracking number when your package ships. You can then go to either www.ups.com or www.usps.gov to track the package; depending on which carrier was used for shipment. If you have further questions, please contact customer service at info@jinbidesign.com 

Do you ship internationally? 

Currently, shipping is available only in the US. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us at info@jinbidesign.com to make special arrangements. 

 How much is shipping?

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply: Ground shipping: $10, please allow 5-7 business days. Express shipping: $20, please allow 2 business days 

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
Articles are accepted for exchange or return within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt. Returns are subject to approval upon receipt to ensure that item has not been damaged or altered prior to receipt. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Customer is responsible for any return shipping and re-shipping of a product for exchange. You must contact us prior to shipping your merchandise to make arrangements for a return or exchange. All returns must be sent via insured certified mail and must include the return receipt. Please contact customer service to make arrangements for shipments.
