Once order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation email.
JINBI DESIGN's jewelry pieces are hand-made, making each creation unique. As such, the actual product you receive may differ slightly from the pictures on this website. In addition, an item may appear slightly larger or smaller than its actual size, due to individual display settings or use of certain photography techniques. While website photography is not contractual, JINBI DESIGN takes pride in every individual piece and will meet your needs to ensure your satisfaction.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express including credit, debit, pre-paid, or gift cards. Payments are processed by Stripe and all personal information is transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. No personal information including credit card information is stored. Security is a top priority at JINBI DESIGN.
Items are accepted for exchange or return if submitted in original packaging, undamaged, unaltered, and new condition within 30 days, accompanied by a receipt and shipped properly packaged via insured certified mail. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Customer is responsible for any return shipments and associated costs. Before shipping, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss arrangements such as the return address, packaging, and timing. The customer is responsible for the item once received but JINBI DESIGN will help to ensure safe, timely transit.
